β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3 在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression of β-galactoside-binding protein-3 and Its Significance in Gastric Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3在不同分化程度的胃癌组织中表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法 采用S-P法,检测β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3在64例胃癌组织中的表达情况,并采用HPIAS-2000图像分析软件进行定量分析。结果 64例胃癌中β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白3阳性表达55例,总阳性率为85.9%,46%表现出核染色。β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3在正常组织中的平均吸光度为0.1497±0.01488,高、中和低分化胃癌组织中平均吸光度分别为0.1713±0.02147、0.1873±0.03130和0.2538±0.12160。β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3在不同分化程度的胃癌组织中都强表达,均和正常组织有显著性差异(P<0.001);β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3的阳性表达与胃癌分化程度、以及淋巴结转移有关。结论 β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3在胃癌组织中表达率高,与胃癌细胞的转移、浸润、生长和黏附有关,是预测胃癌转移的一个较有价值的指标。

     

    Abstract: Objective  To study the expression of β-galactoside-binding protein-3 in gast ric cancerous tissues and the relationship between β-galactoside-binding protein-3 expression and biological behavior in gastric carcinoma. Methods  Immunohistochemistry method of S-P was used to examine β-galactoside-binding protein-3 expression in 64 primary gast ric cancerous tissues. We examined the expression of β-galactoside-binding protein-3 by HPIAS-2000 Image analysis sof tware. Results  Positive β-galactoside-binding protein-3 expression was observed in 85. 9 % of the gast ric cancer cases. In gast ric cancerous tissues, 46 % of cases showed st rong nuclear immunoreactivity. The degree of enhancement of immunoreactivity was different corresponding to various histopathological subtypes in cancerous tissues. The average absorbency of β-galactoside-binding protein-3 in well 、moderate and Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma tissues was 0. 1713 ±0. 02147 、0. 1873 ±0. 0313 and 0. 2538 ±0. 1216 respectively. A significantly stronger expression of β-galactoside-binding protein-3 in cancerous tissues was observed. When β-galactoside-binding protein-3 expression in gast ric cancerous tissues was compared with that in normal gastric tissues, there was a significant difference. Conclusion  A significantly stronger expression of β-galactoside-binding protein-3 in cancerous tissues was observed. β-galactoside-binding protein-3 might be a useful tumor marker for gast ric carcinomas with respect s to tumor metastasis, proliferation, cancer progression, and tumor cell adhesion.
