多形性腺瘤内癌病理形态及免疫组化研究

摘要: 目的　通过多形性腺瘤内癌病理形态及免疫组化研究 1、探讨多形性腺瘤伴细胞生长活跃, 原位癌及其亚型之间的差异。 2、对多形性腺瘤内癌病理形态、细胞增殖活性及癌基因方面的联合指标进行测定, 加深对生物学行为的认识。方法　选用多形性腺瘤伴细胞生长活跃 36例、恶性混合瘤 9例、侵袭性癌 2 6例、良性多形性腺瘤 18例重新连续节片, 作特染AgNORs, 免疫组化PCNA、Ki 6 7、p5 3、VEGF并复习临床资料。结果　多形性腺瘤内癌及其亚型, AgNORs及Ki6 7、PCNA、VEGF、p5 3表达阳性, 而癌旁组织表达为可疑阳性或阴性。结论　根据多形性腺瘤内癌病理形态, 细胞增殖活性、VEGF、p5 3的检测, 首次在国内提出了原位癌、侵袭性癌及恶性混合瘤病理学诊断标准及其鉴别诊断。
