Effects of 9-cis-Retinoic Acid on the Expression of CD44 and CD54 in Lung Cancer Cell Lines

  • 摘要: 目的探讨9-顺式维甲酸对肺癌细胞中粘附分子CD44、CD54表达的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪检测1umol/L9-cis-RA作用于肺癌细胞24、48、72h后CD44、CD54阳性标记率的变化。结果PG细胞株中CD44阳性标记率显著下降,CD54显著上升,这种影响9-cis-RA作用24小时后即显现,72小时仍存在。A549细胞株中CD54变化与PG细胞株类似,但CD44阳性标记率在各时相无明显变化。结论9-cis-RA可显著诱导肺癌细胞CD54或抑制CD44的表达。但在不同细胞,作用机制可能不尽相同。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effect of 9-cis-retinoic acid (9-cis-RA) on the expression of both CD44 and CD54 in lung cancer cells. Methods 9-cis-RA (1umol/L) was used to treat lung cancer cells; Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the positive marked rate of both CD44 and CD54 of three groups including blank control, DMSO control and 9-cis-RA groups.
