肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)检测分析

Analysis about the Measurement of Tumor Specific Growth Factor in Malignant Tumor

摘要: 目的　探讨肿瘤生长因子(Tumor SP ECIFIC Grow Factor)与各种肿瘤的关系。方法　采用福建新大陆生物技术有限公司提供的TSGF癌症快速诊断试剂盒对临床诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者1785例，正常健康人 100例进行了TSGF检测。结果　恶性肿瘤平均阳性检出率为84.39%，尤其是转移癌患者阳性率达96.7%。其敏感性为84.48%。特异性为91%。准确性为84.80%。100例正常健康人，发现了9例阳性，占9%明显低于恶性肿瘤病人水平。结论　TSG F对肿瘤的转移有早期预报价值。

Abstract: Objective This article studied the correlation of Tumor Specific growth factor(TSGF) with a various tumors. Methods Wi th the TSGF quick cancer diagnostic reagent Kit Fujian New Land Measure the TSGF level in 1785 Patients with malignant tumor and in 100 healthy people.Res ults The average positive rate of malignant tumor was 84.39%,especially w ith metastaic cancer patients reached 96.7%.The sensitivity was 84.48%，specif icity was 91%,and the accuracity was 84.80%.There had 9cases positive TSGF pers ons were found among the 100 cases normal healthy people,the positive rate was 9 %,it's far below the positive rate of malignant tumor. Conclusion TS GF has early forecast prediction about the tumor metastasis.
