雌孕激素对卵巢癌细胞体外生长的影响

The Effect of Estrogen and Progesterone on Proliferation of Ovarian Cancer Cell Line in Vitro

摘要: 目的　探讨 17 β雌二醇与孕酮 (E2 +P)联合对人卵巢癌细胞体外生长的影响。方法　采用MTT比色法观察E2 +P对卵巢癌细胞株HO8910 体外生长的影响 ;免疫组化法观察作用后细胞ER、PR及AR的变化 ;DNA降解分析法、TUNEL法测细胞凋亡的影响。结果　 1× 10 -10 mol/L、1× 10 -7～ 1×10 -5mol/L的E2 +P作用 4 8h和 72h抑制细胞生长 ;2 1d后 1× 10 -5mol/L时抑制作用明显 ;但不影响ER、PR及AR蛋白的表达, 也不诱导细胞凋亡。结论　E2 +P抑制卵巢癌细胞生长, 但不改变细胞的激素受体表达, 不诱导细胞凋亡。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of 17-β estrogen and progesterone on cell proliferation of human ovarian cancer in vitro.
