KDR mRNA Expression and its Clinical Significance in Human Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子受体-2(KDR)与微血管密度表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)生物学行为与预后的关系。方法分别应用原位分子杂交及免疫组织化学方法检测62例NSCLC和16例肺良性瘤样病变组织中的KDRmRNA、MVD的表达。结果(1)NSCLC与肺的良性瘤样病变MVD、KDRmRNA的表达具有显著性差异(P<0.01),肺癌MVD随KDRmRNA表达增强而增多,两者呈正相关。(2)MVD和KDRmRNA的表达在肺腺癌高于肺鳞癌(P<0.01)两者随淋巴结转移、TNM分期的进展而升高(P<0.01)。(3)生存期<5年者MVD和KDRmRNA的表达显著高于生存期>5年者(P<0.01)。结论MVD和KDRmRNA的表达与NSCLC的发生、发展、转移关系密切,可以作为评估NSCLC生物学行为及预后判断的指标,KDR可能成为NSCLC的一个潜在的抗血管生成治疗的靶点。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlation between expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2(KDR) and the microvessel density(MVD) and biological behavior of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and its prognosis.
