奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil Leucovorin in Treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Carcinoma

摘要: 目的观察奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法64例均有组织病理学诊断及可评价客观指标。采用奥沙利铂130mg/m2d1,亚叶酸钙(CF)200mg/m2+5-氟脲嘧啶300mg/m2d1~5化疗,3周为一周期,三周期评价疗效。结果64例均可评价疗效和不良反应。CR4例、PR33例、SD19例、PD8例。其中胃癌有效率为55.9%,结肠癌68.7%。直肠癌50.0%。主要的不良反应为骨髓抑制,消化道粘膜反应,感觉神经毒性但发生率较低。结论奥沙利铂联合5-氟脲嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期消化道肿瘤有效率较高,不良反应可以耐受。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the curative effect and toxicity of Oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil, Leucovorin in treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Carcinoma. Methods 64 pathologically proved cases of gastrointestinal carcinoma were treated with intravenous infusion of Oxaliplatin 130mg/m² on the first day, and 5-fluorouracil 300mg/m² +Leucovorin 200mg d_ 1-5 repeated every 3 weeks, and the clinical response was assessed after three cycle.
