急性白血病糖代谢功能的临床研究

Clinical study on blood glucose of patients with acute leukemia

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨急性白血病患者血糖代谢功能变化及其临床意义, 并分析糖代谢异常发生的机理。方法 分别于急性白血病患者化疗前后抽取空腹血, 用组织化学及放射免疫方法检测血糖、肝脏和胰腺功能, 分析血糖异常对急性白血病缓解率的影响。结果  36例急性白血病患者, 17例血糖代谢异常, 19例肝功能减低, 9例胰岛素、C肽含量减低, 12例胰高血糖素升高。急性白血病患者血糖正常者缓解率 (78.9% )明显高于血糖异常者 (41.1% )。结论 急性白血病患者易发生血糖代谢异常, 血糖代谢异常时急性白血病缓解率低, 血糖代谢异常可能与肝功能减低和胰岛α、β细胞功能障碍有关

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of abnormal blood glucose of patients with acute leukemia and try to find out it s mechanism . Methods The function of liver and pancreas were examined before and after chemthrapy of acute leukemia by chemistry and radioimmunolgy .
