转化生长因子β_1及其Ⅰ、Ⅱ型受体在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of TGFβ_1 and its receptor I、II in human breast cancer

摘要: 目的　探讨乳腺癌组织中转化生长因子 β1及其Ⅰ、Ⅱ型受体的表达及意义。方法　采用免疫组化LDP法对 6 2例乳腺癌, 15例正常乳腺组织, 2 6例乳腺增生症及 33例乳腺良性肿瘤进行TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ和TβR -Ⅱ检测。结果　乳腺癌中TGFβ1阳性率高于其他 3组, TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ在乳腺癌中阳性率较正常乳腺组织阳性率低 ;TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ的表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小及组织学分型无关, 而与有无淋巴结转移及术后 5年生存率有关 ;TGFβ1高表达及TβR Ⅰ、TβR Ⅱ阴性乳腺癌患者预后差。结论　检测TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ的表达对认识乳腺癌的进展、转移趋势及预后有参考价值。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of TGFβ 1 and its receptor I?II(TβR-Ⅰ?TβR-Ⅱ)and their effect on human breast cancer.
