散发性结直肠癌中FHIT蛋白与Msh2、bcl-2、bax蛋白表达的关系

Relationship between FHIT Protein and Msh2,bcl-2,bax Protein Expression in Human Sporadic Colorectal Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨散发性结直肠癌组织中FHIT蛋白与Msh2、bcl 2、bax蛋白表达之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化S P法检测 84例散发性结直肠癌组织中FHIT、Msh2、bcl 2、bax蛋白的表达。结果 FHIT蛋白在Msh2阴性癌组织中的阴性表达率显著高于Msh2阳性者, 差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;bcl 2阳性表达率和bax阴性表达率在FHIT阴性癌组织中的表达和在FHIT阳性癌组织中的表达, 差异均有显著性 ;散发性结直肠癌中FHIT与Msh2、bcl 2和bax表达具有一定的相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 散发性结直肠癌中Msh2蛋白错配修复功能的丧失是引起FHIT表达失活的原因之一, FHIT表达失活增大bcl 2 /bax比值, 使细胞凋亡不能参与癌的发生

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between FHIT protein and Msh2,bcl-2,bax protein expression in human sporadic colorectal carcinoma (SCRC). Methods Expression of FHIT, Msh2,bcl-2 and bax protein were detected by Streptavidin-Peroxidase Coiujated (S-P) method of immunohistochemical technique in 84 cases of primary SCRC.
