摘要: 目的 为了解自体外周造血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)后, 造血重建中血细胞变化规律。方法 对11例行APBSCT术后患者每天进行血常规检查, 并进行分析。结果 APBSCT术后, 外周血细胞MONO、NEU、WBC、PLT依次降低至最低点, 而按照MONO、WBC、NEU、PLT依次恢复正常, 特别是MONO最先降至最低点而在随后的恢复期又最先恢复正常。结论 APBSCT术后外周血细胞的动态变化, 有利于病情的观察, 并指导临床治疗。Abstract: Objective To realize the variation regularity of blood cell after autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(APBSCT)in hematopoietic reconstitution. Methods Blood routine was examined and analyzed everyday in 11 APBSCT patients.
