P-gp、GST-л、TopoⅡ在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要: 目的　探讨P gp、GST л、TopoⅡ在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化方法研究了P gp、GST л、TopoⅡ在胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果　P gp、GST л、TopoⅡ在胃癌组织中的表达率分别为 5 9.74 %、6 7.5 3%、83.12 %。除TopoⅡ的表达与组织学类型有关外 (P <0 .0 0 1), 其余与各项临床病理参数均无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　胃癌组织中存在着P gp、GST л、TopoⅡ表达水平的变化, 临床检测P gp、GST л、TopoⅡ对胃癌化疗方案的制定具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of P gp,GST л,TopoⅡ in gastric carcinomas. Methods The expression patterns of P gp.GST л,TopoⅡ in gastric carcinomas were studied by means of immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of P gp,GST л and TopoⅡ were 59.74%,67.53% and 83.12%,respectively.Except the expression of TopoⅡwas related with histological type( P <0.001),the others were no associated with all clinicpathological parameters ( P >0.05).
