IL-2对人胃癌细胞侵袭力及转移力的调节作用

In vitro modulation of the invasive and metastatic potentials of human gastric cancer by interlukin-2

  • 摘要: 目的 研究IL 2对胃癌细胞侵袭力及转移力相关因素的调节作用。方法 用流式细胞仪分析胃癌细胞表面抗原分子的表达水平, 用附壁试验检测胃癌细胞对细胞外基质的亲和力, 用细胞聚集试验检测胃癌细胞的聚集能力。结果 经高浓度和低浓度IL 2处理后, 胃癌细胞表面ICAM 1及HLA 1表达均增加, CD4 4表达减少, 胃癌细胞对细胞外基质的亲和力及胃癌细胞聚集程度均降低。结论 IL 2可明显增加胃癌细胞ICAM 1及HLA 1的表达, 抑制CD4 4表达, 抑制胃癌细胞对细胞外基质的亲和力及胃癌细胞的聚集作用。因此可抑制胃癌细胞的侵袭力和转移力。
