肿瘤三阶梯镇痛中中药作用的观察

Observation of chinese medicine function in tumor three ladders analgesia

摘要: 目的　观察中药镇痛在肿瘤三阶梯镇痛中的作用和地位。方法　根据“WHO”制定之三阶梯镇痛的原则和方法, 采用中药“新癀片”“平痛宁片”来治疗癌痛。结果　在 186例癌痛病人中, 中药镇痛的有效率达74 .19%。结论　中药治疗癌痛的疗效是确切的, 可以将其作为三阶梯镇痛药物的选择之一。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect and position of chinese medicine in analgeia cancer pain in the WHO s three ladders method. Methods According to the rules and methods of the WHO s three ladders analgesia,we adopt chinese medicine "Xin-huang" Tab, "Ping-tong-ning" Tab in treating cancer pain. Results The curative effect of chinese medicine was 74.19% in 186 patients suffered with cancer pain.
