长春瑞滨联合异环磷酰胺治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

摘要: 目的　探讨长春瑞滨加异环磷酰胺方案对Ⅲb Ⅳ期NSCIC的疗效。方法　本研究应用长春瑞滨加异环磷酰胺治疗Ⅲb Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌 37例。结果　取得CR 3例、PR 15例, 总有效率 4 8.6 %, 初治者有效率 5 0 %, 复治者有效率 4 2 .9%, 主要毒性反应为白细胞减少, 发生率为 83.6 %。结论　研究表明本方案疗效明确, 耐受性好。

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of combination chemotherapy of Navelbine and Ifosfamide in the treatment of stage Ⅲ b -Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Thirty-seven patients with stageⅢ b -Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer were treated with Navelbine and Ifosfamide .
