nm 23H1 和E-Cadherin 基因产物在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中的表达

The Express ion of nm23H1 and E-Cadher in Gene Product in Serous Cystadeno Carcinoma of Ovary

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因 nm23H1和粘附分子 E- Cadherin与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌临床及生物学行为之间的关系。方法 用免疫组化 SP法常规步骤检测 nm23H1和 E- Cadherin基因产物在组织中的表达。结果  48例肿瘤原发灶和相应淋巴结中, nm23H1蛋白表达阳性率 64.58% (31 /48) ;E- Cadherin蛋白阳性率为 45.83% (2 2 /48)。二种基因蛋白表达与临床分期明显负相关 (P<0 .0 5)。 nm23H1蛋白表达与组织学分级负相关 (P<0 .0 0 5)。同一标本中, 二种基因产物表达有较好相关性和一致性。结论 nm23H1和 E- Cadherin基因在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发展转移中起有重要作用。对这 2种基因的共同检测, 可能会增加研究结果分析的客观性和准确性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investgate the relationship among tumor metastasis suppressor gene nm23H1、adhesion factor E-cadherin and Clinical、biological behaviour of serous cystadeno carcinoma of ovary.
