The effect of APBMV on human hepotoma cell line

  • 摘要: 目的 观察蝎毒抗癌多肽(APBMV)对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的作用。方法MTT法、生长抑制实验和集落形成实验。结果 APBMV对 SMMC-7721细胞具较强毒性作用,IC50为11.33μg/ml;APBMV可显著抑制细胞生长,剂量与时间效应关系明显。结论APBMV是东亚钳蝎蝎毒中有效低毒的抗肿瘤成分,对肝癌细胞有一定的毒性作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To obserne the effect of antineoplastic polypeptide from Buthus martensii venom (APBMV) on the human heptoma cells SMMC-7721. Methods Using the MTT colorimetric method, the growth-inhibiting test and the colony-formation inhibiting assay. Results The results revealed that APBMV had obvious cytotoxicity on SMMC-7721,1C50 was 11. 33μg/ml;APBMV could obviously inhibit the cellu- lar growth.
