VEGF-C和VEGF-R3在乳腺癌中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系
Expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-R3 in Breast Cancer and the Relation with Lymphatic Metastasis

摘要: 目的探讨VEGF-C及其受体VEGF-R3在乳腺导管癌中的表达及与淋巴结转移等临床病理指标的相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测60例乳腺导管癌及邻近正常组织中VEGF-C和VEGF-R3表达,并将表达结果与淋巴结转移情况及临床病理特征进行统计学分析。结果乳腺导管癌中分别有78%和83%的VEGF-C、VEGF-R3阳性表达,而癌旁及正常乳腺组织散在性弱表达或无表达。VEGF-C在淋巴结转移组表达评分中位数为6,而在非淋巴结转移组评分中位数为1,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。VEGF-R3在乳腺癌淋巴结转移组与淋巴结非转移组表达评分中位数分别为6.0、2.0,差异亦有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论VEGF-C与VEGF-R3在乳腺癌的侵袭进展及区域淋巴结转移方面可能起重要作用。Abstract: Objective The purpose of study is to determine the expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-R3 in invasive breast ductal cancer and to explore the relationship between their expression and lymphatic metastasis. Methods Tissue sections from 60 invasive breast ductal cancer patients were examined immunohistochemically for expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-R3 in malignant portion and adjacent normal tissue.
