肺癌血浆、瘤组织中内皮素表达及其临床意义

Expression of endothelin in plasma and neoplasm tissue of lung cancers and its clinical significance

摘要: 目的　探讨内皮素 (endothelin, ET)在肺癌患者血浆、瘤组织中的表达特征及其与病理、临床各因素之间的关系。方法　应用放射免疫法、免疫组化和图像分析技术, 检测了 6 6例肺癌患者血浆和石蜡标本中ET表达, 并将所有病例随访至 2年以上。结果　肺癌血浆ET含量明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1), 瘤组织中ET阳性表达率高达 73%, 其含量显著高于支气管良性病变 (P <0 .0 1), 并且分期愈晚、分化愈差、转移范围愈广, 血浆和瘤组织中ET水平愈高, 生存率愈低。结论　ET可作为判断肺癌预后的一项有价值指标, 血浆和瘤组织中ET表达具有一致性, 在肺癌临床监测中具有同等价值。

Abstract: Objective To determin the correlation between expression of endothelin in plasma and neoplasm tissue of lung cancers and clinicopathological and prognostic factors. Methods The expressions of ET in plasma and specimens of 66 lung cancers were studied through radioimmunoassay, immunohistochemistry and image analysis technique, all cases were followed up more than 2 years.
