摘要: 目的　研究转移相关基因VEGF C、FLT 4、cPKC在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化方法检测 93例肺癌中的VEGF C、FLT 4、cPKC的表达情况。结果　VEGF C、FLT 4在肺癌的不同组织类型之间无明显差异 ;cPKC在高分化组与低分化组之间有统计学意义 ;但晚期病例三者表达均高于早期病例 ;三者的阳性表达率在淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组。结论　VEGF C、FLT 4、cPKC与肺癌的淋巴结转移密切相关, 三者之间有高度的相关性

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF C、FLT 4、cPKC in human lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunchistochemical techniques was used to detect the expression of VEGF C、FLT 4、cPKC of tumor in 93 cases of lung cell cancer.
