DMBT_1基因纯合性缺失与原发性肺癌临床病理特征的关系

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨DMBT1基因纯合性缺失与原发性肺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链反应检测原发性肺癌DMBT1基因纯合性缺失, 分析其与肺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果  37例肺癌组织中 9例有DMBT1基因纯合性缺失, 而其自身癌旁正常肺组织均无缺失。DMBT1基因纯合性缺失率非小细胞肺癌组高于小细胞肺癌组, 低、未分化肺癌组高于中、高分化肺癌组, 伴有淋巴和 /或远处转移组高于不伴转移组, 有吸烟史组高于无吸烟史组 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 DMBT1基因与肺癌的临床病理特征有密切关系, 其可能参与调控原发性肺癌的细胞分化和转移过程

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between the homozygous deletions of DMBT1 gene and clinicopathology in primary lung tumors. Methods Homozygous deletions of DMBT1 gene were detected with PCR method in 37 cases of primary lung tumors. Results Nine of 37cases were found with intragenic homozygous deletions of DMBT1.
