104例乳腺肿块术中印片细胞学及冰冻切片分析

Analysis of 104 Imprint Cytology and Frozen Section of Breast Masses during Operation

摘要: 目的　提高手术中乳腺肿块快速诊断的准确性。方法　对 10 4例乳腺肿块手术中快速病检病例, 同时进行印片细胞学及冰冻切片检查, 并与术后石蜡切片最后诊断对比。结果　 10 4例乳腺肿块手术中冰冻切片确诊 99例, 确诊率 95 .19%, 术中印片细胞学确诊 10 1例, 确诊率 96 .15 %, 二者共同确诊10 3例, 确诊率 99.0 4 %。结论　将印片细胞学及冰冻切片共同应用于乳腺肿块手术中快速病检, 可以互相弥补, 减少误诊, 提高快速诊断的准确性

Abstract: Objective To improve the accuracy of the rapid intraoperative diagnosis of breast masses. Methods (We took) both imprint cytology and frozen section detection, and compared the results with the postoperation histopathologic diagnosis.
