内皮型一氧化氮合酶和微血管密度在脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及临床价值

Significance of Expression of Endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase and Microvessel Density in Astrocytoma

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (endothelialNOS, eNOS)和微血管计数 (MicrovesselDensity, MVD)在星形细胞瘤的表达及二者间的关系。方法 脑星形细胞瘤手术切除标本 6 5例, 另取 8例正常脑组织作正常对照。分别使用抗eNOS多克隆抗体和抗人第Ⅷ因子相关抗原抗体进行免疫组化染色。结果  (1)eNOS及MVD表达与瘤组织病理分级呈显著性正相关。 (2 )eNOS表达阳性肿瘤组与阴性组相比, MVD值无明显差异。结论  (1)脑星形细胞瘤中eNOS表达及MVD值随其恶性程度的增加而升高, eNOS及MVD值可作为判断脑星形细胞瘤恶性程度的客观指标。 (2 )检测eNOS的表达对判断肿瘤的生物学特性有一定意义

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of eNOS and measured MVD in brain astrocytoma, the correlation between eNOS and MVD and whether they are different with the grade of astrocytoma. Methods Tissues of brain astrocytoma were obtained from 65 patiants, 8 samples normal brain tissue were used as normal controls.
