子宫肉瘤38例的临床及预后因素

A clinical analysis and prognosis of 38 uterine sarcoma

摘要: 目的　分析 38例子宫肉瘤的临床表现及预后因素, 以期提高治疗效果。方法　对子宫肉瘤的临床表现、病理类型、临床分期及生存率进行对比分析。结果　子宫肉瘤的临床表现多以不规则阴道流血为主 (占 6 8% ), 其次为下腹包块 (34.2 % )、下腹痛 (2 6 .3% )等。结论　子宫肉瘤的临床表现以不规则阴道流血为主但无特异性。子宫肉瘤的预后与临床分期、病理类型有明显关系。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical manifest and prognosis of 38 uterine sarcomas, in order to improve the effection of treatment. Methods To evaluate the uterine sarcoma s clinical behaving,pathological type, clinical stage and survival rate. Results The clinical symptom of uterine sarcoma is manifested with abnormal vaginal bleeding (68%), the second is palpable mass of lower abdomen (34.2%) and discomfort feeding (26.3%).
