食管鳞癌组织和淋巴结中Paxillin 和survivin的表达及其意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Paxill in and survivn Proteins in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Lymph Node Tissue

  • 摘要: 目的 研究Paxillin和survivin在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与食管鳞癌细胞发生发展与转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测24例正常食管黏膜、94例食管鳞癌和83例淋巴结组织中sur-vivin和Paxillin的表达情况。结果 原发癌组织中Paxillin表达率与淋巴结转移(P〈0.05)、浸润深度(P〈0.01)和临床分期(P〈0.01)等因素有关;原发癌组织中survivin与浸润深度有关(P〈0.01);原发癌组织和转移淋巴结组织中Paxillin和survivin表达率均高于无转移淋巴结组织(P〈0.05);Paxillin和survivin在淋巴结中表达成正相关性(P〈0.05)。结论 Paxillin和survivin在食管鳞癌组织和转移淋巴结中高表达,在食管鳞癌的发生发展过程中具有重要作用,可作为评价食管鳞癌生物学行为的指标。

     

    Abstract: Objective  The expression of Paxillin and survivin in esophageal carcinoma and to investigate the relationship between the expression of Paxillin, survivin and carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal carcinoma. Methods  Paxillin and Survivin expression were detected in 24 normal esophageal mucosa, 94 primary tumor tissues and 83 lymph nodes with SP immunohistochemistal method. Results  The positive expression rate of Paxillin had the relationship with invasive depth, clinical staging and metastasis of lymph node ( P < 0. 05) . survivin had the relationship with invasive depth ( P < 0. 05) . The expression of Paxillin, survivin in positive lymph node was much higher than that in negative lymph node respectively ( P < 0. 05) . There was a positive relationship between Paxillin and survivin expression in this study ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion  Paxillin and survivin are over expressed in esophageal carcinoma. They play important roles in carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal carcinoma and can be used as valuable biomakers to evaluate biological characteristics in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
