血清TSGF检测结合鼻咽部细胞学涂片在鼻咽癌治疗中的意义

摘要: 目的　探讨TSGF检测和鼻咽涂片在鼻咽癌放疗疗效观察中的意义。方法　分析 10 0例鼻咽癌患者放疗前、后血清TSGF含量变化及与放疗后鼻咽部细胞性涂片结果关系。结果　放疗前后血清TS GF含量有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ), 鼻咽涂片阳性患者的TSGF含量与鼻咽涂片阴性患者的TSGF含量也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　鼻咽癌患者放疗前后TSGF检测结合鼻咽涂片检查可以判断鼻咽癌放疗后局部病变是否残存

Abstract: Objective To explore the role of rumor analysis of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) and the detection of cancer cell in nasopharyneal smears for treatment of nasophyngeal carcinoma.
