TIMP-1、CDw75表达与胃癌侵袭转移关系的研究

摘要: 目的　探讨TIMP 1、CDw75在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌浸润、转移和临床分期的关系。方法　用免疫组化法检测TIMP 1、CDw75抗原在 5 4例胃癌组织及其相应正常胃粘膜中的表达。结果　胃癌组织中TIMP 1、CDw75抗原的表达均显著高于相应的正常胃粘膜组织 (P <0 .0 5 ), 且TIMP 1表达与肿瘤浸润深度 (χ2 =13.4 10, P <0 .0 5 )、胃癌TNM分期 (χ2 =30 .0 0 0, P <0 .0 1)显著相关。CDw75抗原表达与肿瘤浸润深度 (χ2 =9.314, P <0 .0 5 )、临床TNM分期 (χ2 =10 .0 2 9,P <0 .0 5 )及淋巴结转移 (χ2 =9.6 10, P <0 .0 1)显著相关。结论　胃癌组织中TIMP 1、CDw75的表达能较好的反映肿瘤的生物学进展, 联合检测TIMP 1、CDw75可以帮助判断肿瘤的浸润、转移及患者的预后

Abstract: Objective To study the overexpression of TIMP-1 and CDw75 in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between its expression and the infiltration and the stage of the cancer.
