  • 摘要: 目的探讨生长抑制(inhibitor of growth1,ING1)基因是否在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中存在突变,以确定该基因在NSCLC发病过程中的作用。方法选择突变率较高的ING1外显子2,应用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性分析(Polymerase Chain Reaction-Single Strand Conformation Polymorphism,PCR-SSCP)检测73例NSCLC和13例非癌肺组织中ING1的突变情况。结果未发现所扩增的片段有泳动速率的改变,没有发现额外迁移带。结论在NSCLC中ING1基因突变很少见,ING1表达产物降低可能发生于转录或转录后水平。

     

    Abstract: Objective  To detect the mutation of inhibitor of growth 1 ( ING1) gene in non2small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) . Methods  Polymerase Chain Reaction 2Single St rand Conformation Polymorphism ( PCR2SSCP) was used to detect mutation of ING1 exon 2 in 73 cases of NSCLC and 13 cases of non2neo2 plasia lung tissues. Results  There is no mutation of IN G1 gene in 73 cases of NSCLC and 13 cases of non2neoplasia lung tissues. Conclusion  Mutation of IN G1 gene is uncommon in NSCLC and mutation is not a reason for IN G1 inactivation. Down2expression of IN G1 gene may happen in t ranscription or post2 t ranscription.
