姜黄素体内外对鼻咽癌的抗癌作用

Anticancer Activities of Curcumin on Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

摘要: 目的研究姜黄素对鼻咽癌CNE-2Z-H5细胞株的体内外抗癌作用,探讨姜黄素在鼻咽癌治疗中的潜在应用价值。方法通过MTT法、台盼蓝拒染法绘制生长曲线观察姜黄素对CNE-2Z-H5细胞体外增殖的影响;复制CNE-2Z-H5细胞裸鼠移植瘤模型,观察姜黄素对移植瘤的体积、瘤重的影响,计算抑瘤率。结果姜黄素可以有效抑制CNE-2Z-H5细胞的增殖,并呈剂量效应关系。姜黄素可以抑制CNE-2Z-H5细胞裸鼠移植瘤的生长,低、高剂量姜黄素组的抑瘤率分别为26.19%和59.75%,且不良反应小。结论姜黄素在体内、外均可抑制CNE-2Z-H5细胞增殖,在鼻咽癌的治疗中具有一定的价值,值得进一步研究。

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of the curcumin on proliferation in CNE-2Z-H5 cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods The effects of the curcumin on proliferation in CNE-2Z-H5 cells in vitro were studied by MTT assay and trypan blue dye exclusion.Duplicating the model of CNE-2Z-H5 cells implanted tumor in nude mice,then observe the effects of the different doses of curcumin on the growth of implanted tumors.
