地榆升白片预防NP方案化疗患者白细胞减少症

Diyushengbai Tablet to Prevent Leukopenia Caused by NP Chemotherapy

摘要: 目的观察地榆升白片预防NP方案化疗患者白细胞减少症的疗效。方法使用NP方案化疗的恶性肿瘤患者60例,治疗组28例,化疗同时服用地榆升白片,并与单纯化疗的32例作对照,观察两组的外周血白细胞变化、粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)用量及继发感染发生情况等。结果治疗组化疗后Ⅲ度以上白细胞减少发生率低于对照组,差异有显著意义。治疗组在化疗第14天、21天的白细胞数均高于对照组,二者差异有显著性。两组集落刺激因子用量、白细胞减少继发感染发生例数之间的差异均有统计学意义。结论地榆升白片能有效预防NP方案化疗患者白细胞减少症。

Abstract: Objective To observe clinical effect of Diyushengbai tablet on preventing leukopenia caused by NP chemotherapy. Methods 60 cases with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases were treated by NP regimen (control group) and 28 cases were treated by Diyushengbai tablet besides NP regimen(treatment group),with a course of 20 days.The patients were evaluated to white blood cell,drug dose of G-CSF and the secondary infection associated with leukopenia.
