摘要: 目的 探讨细胞黏附分子E 钙粘素和 β 连环素在宫颈癌组织中表达的意义。方法 检测 5 1例宫颈癌及其配对淋巴结组织中E 钙粘素和 β 连环素产物的表达, 同时检测上述病例宫颈分泌物中HPV16、18DNA。结果 E 钙粘素表达阴性 31例 (6 0 .8% ) ;β 连环素表达阴性 2 3例 (4 5 .1% ), 如任一种基因产物表达阴性即为阴性者 37例 (76 .2 % )。E 钙粘素和 β 连环素表达在无淋巴结转移者均高于有淋巴结转移者 ;E 钙粘素表达与肿瘤细胞分化呈正相关 ;E 钙粘素和 β 连环素表达与HPV16、18感染无相关性。结论 E 钙粘素和 /或β 连环素表达与子宫颈癌分化和转移有关。Abstract: Objective To investigate the cell adhesion molecule E-cadherin and β-catenin expression and the significance in cervical cancer. Methods E-cadherin and β-catenin expression in 51 cases cervical cancer and corresponding lymph nodes were detected. Meanwhile, HPV16.18DNA of the secretion in cervical canal was examined.
