摘要

摘要: 目的　探讨β2cat 和NF2κB 在食管癌组织中的表达及意义。方法　采用免疫组化SP 法检测78 例食管癌和40 例正常食管粘膜中β2cat 和NF2κB 的表达情况。结果　β2cat 在78 例食管癌中的阳性率70. 51 %显著高于40 例正常食管粘膜中的阳性率22. 50 %( P < 0. 05) 。NF2κB 在78 例食管癌中的阳性率58. 97 %显著高于40 例正常食管粘膜中的阳性率15. 00 %( P < 0. 05) 。β2cat 异常表达与食管癌的病理分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期具有相关性( P < 0. 05), NF2κB 的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移、病理分期相关( P < 0. 05) 。食管癌中β2cat 和NF2κB 的表达相关( P < 0. 05) 。结论　β2cat 和NF2κB 在食管癌中表达上调,两者可能共同参与了食管癌的转移,在食管癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Abstract: Objective 　To study the expression ofβ2cat and NF2κB in human esophageal carcinoma and it s significance. Methods 　The expression ofβ2cat and NF2κB in 78 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 40 ca2 ses of normal esophageal were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results 　The positive expres2 sion rate of β2cat in esophageal carcinoma was 70. 51 %, which was much higher than that in normal e2 sophageal (22. 50 %) ( P < 0. 05) . The positive expression rate of NF2κB in esophageal carcinoma was 58. 87 %, and which was higher than that in normal esophageal (15. 00 %) ( P < 0. 05) . The expression of β2cat was closely correlated with the differentiation, TNM and lymph nodes metastasis ( P < 0. 05), while NF2κB positive staining was correlated with TNM and lymph nodes metastasis ( P < 0. 05) . The expression β2cat and NF2κB in esophageal carcinoma was correlated ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion 　β2cat and NF2κB is up2 regulated in esophageal carcinoma, both of them may play an important role in metastasis and proliferation during the occurance of esophageal carcinoma.
