重组人表皮细胞生长因子促进Mile's术后会阴部伤口愈合的临床观察

Effect of rhEGF on the healing of patients suffered with cancer of rectum with perineal wound after Mile s operation

摘要: 目的　观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子 (rhEGF)对直肠癌患者Mile's术后会阴部伤口愈合的影响。方法　应用国产rhEGF对 4 1例患者伤口进行局部治疗 (治疗组 ), 同时对另外 4 7例患者仅常规高锰酸钾坐浴 (对照组 ), 比较两组伤口愈合时间。结果　rhEGF用于Mile's术后会阴部伤口的治疗, 能明显缩短伤口愈合的时间, 与对照组比较具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　rhEGF具有促进Mile's术后会阴部伤口愈合的作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of rhEGF on the healing of patients suffered with cancer of rectum with perined perined wound after Miles operation . Methods 41 patients suffered with cancer of rectum were treated locally with rhEGF in the perineal wound, and47 patients were treated with potassium permanganate hip bath as contrast, the compare the difference of healing time.
