摘要: 目的 探讨人胆管癌细胞中 nm2 3- H1和 LN- R的表达水平与胆管癌转移的关系。方法 应用 S- P免疫组化法对 5 2例人胆管癌细胞中 nm2 3- H1和 LN- R的表达水平进行研究。结果nm2 3- H1低表达及 LN- R高表达与胆管癌淋巴结转移呈明显相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;并且其表达与胆管癌组织学类型、分化程度亦存在明显相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 nm2 3- H1低表达和 LN- R高表达, 在胆管癌的淋巴转移中起重要作用。Abstract: Objective Study the correlation of the expression of nm23-H1 and LN-R with the biologic behavior and lymph node metastasis in the cholangiocarcinomas. Methods Using S-P immunohistochemical methods.
