胃癌患者血淋巴细胞酶超微结构定位与活性研究

A Study on Ultrastructural Localization and Activity of the Lymphoprotease of the Peripheral Blood in Patients with Stomach Cancer

摘要: 目的　探讨胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞酶超微结构定位与活性。方法　采用电镜酶细胞化学方法对 73例胃癌患者血淋巴细胞镁——三磷酸腺苷酶 (Mg2 - ATPase)与葡萄糖 - 6 -磷酸酶(G- 6 - Pase)进行行酶的定位与活性分析。结果　 (1 ) Mg2 +- ATPase与 G- 6 - Pase在淋巴细胞内定位准确 ;(2 )两种酶阳性率在胃癌患者组明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;(3)在低分化癌组明显低于高分化癌组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;(4 )在淋巴结无转移组高于有转移组 (P<0 .0 1, P<0 .0 5 )。结论　检测胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞酶活性变化可以作为判定肿瘤生物学行为及预后的重要指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the ultrastructural localization and activity of the lymphoprotease of the peripheral blood in patients with stomach cancer. Methods The localization and activities of Mg\+ 2+ -ATPase and G-6-Pase were examined in lymphocyte of peripheral blood of 73 cases of stomach caucer patients by using the electron enzyme cytochemical methods.
