HSP70、c-fos、PCNA 在乳腺癌中的表达研究

摘要: 目的　研究 HSP70、c- fos、PCNA在乳腺癌组织中表达的相互关系。方法　应用免疫组化 S- P法检测 6 6例乳腺癌标本中 HSP70、c- fos、PCNA的表达情况。结果　在乳腺癌组织中, HSP70表达阳性率为 71 % (4 7/ 6 6 ) ;c- fos阳性率为 5 6 % (37/ 6 6 ) ;PCNA阳性率为 6 5 % (4 3/ 6 6 )。经统计学分析, HSP70阳性等级与 c- fos阳性等级具有显著相关性 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;HSP70阳性等级与PCNA阳性等级也具有显著相关性 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论　在乳腺癌组织中, HSP70的表达与 c- fos的表达存在着一定的相关性, HSP70与乳腺癌细胞增殖可能相关。

Abstract: Objective to study the relationship of HSP70 expression and c fos?PCNA expression in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical S P methods was used to detect the expression of HSP70?c fos?PCNA in 66 cases of breast cancer.
