甲状腺肿瘤术前细针穿刺涂片DNA 定量测定及临床意义

A Study of DNA Quan titative Measurementon Preoperative Fine-needle Aspiration Smears of Thyroid Lesions

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨甲状腺肿瘤细胞 DNA倍体类型与肿瘤生物学特性的关系及预后意义。方法 对 73例甲状腺肿瘤和结节性甲状腺肿患者以细针穿刺涂片, 用图像细胞仪进行分析。结果 甲状腺恶性肿瘤细胞与良性肿瘤细胞 DNA倍体类型有非常显著的差异。结论 甲状腺肿瘤细针穿刺涂片 DNA定量分析可分为判断肿瘤的生物学特性提供重要的信息。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between DNA aneuploidy and biological behavior of thyroid tumor cells. Methods The DNA aneuploidy style was studied in 73 patients with thyroid lesions using image cytometery and the specimen was acquired by fine needle aspiration. Results The difference of DNA aneuploidy style between benign and malignant tumor cells was significant. Conclusion The DNA quantitative measurement can provide important information for judgement of biological behavior of thyroid lesions.
