胃癌病人营养不良评价方法的比较

The Evaluation of Nutritional Parameters in Patients with Gastric Cancer

摘要: 目的　探讨《中国成年人体质测定标准指南》的实用价值。比较不同营养指标对胃癌病人营养不良的诊意义。方法　测定胃癌病人实际体重 (ABW)、身高、血清 Alb浓度。分别根据《中国成年人体质测定标准指南》和改良 Broca公式计算出健康时理想体重 :IBW1和 IBW2 。结果　IBW1与健康时的平时体重 (UBW)比较无显著性差异。% IBW1、BMI2 、BMI1和血清 Alb浓度指标对营养不良的检出率呈非常显著性差异。% IBW1、BMI2 和 BMI1相互之间呈非常显著相关。结论　《中国成年人体质测定标准指南》具有应用价值。胃癌病人的营养评定应以实际体重与理想体重比(% IBW1)为主要指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the usefulness of China Adult Constitute Standard Guide.To compare the diagnostic significance of different nutritional parameters for malnutrition in patients with gastric cancer.
