The Role of Collagen Ⅳ, Laminin and Fibronectin in Angiogenesis in Atypical Hyperplasia and Breast Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的探讨基底膜成分Ⅳ型胶原、层粘蛋白、纤维连接蛋白在乳腺非典型增生及乳腺癌组织血管生成过程中的作用。方法对10例正常乳腺,17例单纯上皮增生,18例轻度非典型增生,18例中重度非典型增生,25例乳腺癌组织中的Ⅳ型胶原、层粘蛋白、纤维连接蛋白及FVIII进行ABC免疫组化染色,并对染色结果进行CIAS定量分析及人工计数。结果CIAS定量分析表明MBA(微血管基底膜面积)从非典型增生到癌变组织逐渐增加,并与MEA(微血管内皮细胞面积)密切相关(r=0.8961;P<0.01),层粘蛋白、纤维连接蛋白标记的血管数量随非典型增生程度的增加而增多。结论血管基底膜成分能反映乳腺非典型增生到癌变过程中血管生成的信息,并对血管内皮细胞增殖生长有促进作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of collagen IV, Laminin and Fibronectin in angiogenesis in breast atypical hyperplasia and breast carcinoma.
