Research Progress on Gene Polymorphisms Related to Osteosarcoma

  • 摘要: 骨肉瘤好发于儿童及青少年,是一类恶性程度高、致残率致死率高的骨性原发恶性肿瘤,探索其发生发展和预后的生物标志物至关重要。全基因组关联研究发现基因多态性在骨肉瘤的发病机制中发挥重要作用。本研究通过分析肿瘤相关基因的单核苷酸多态性功能,为探索骨肉瘤可靠的生物标志物提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Osteosarcoma, which primarily affects children and adolescents, is a highly malignant bone tumor with high rates of disability and mortality. Therefore, the exploration of biological markers related to its occurrence, development, and prognosis is crucial. Genome-wide association studies have revealed the vital role of genetic polymorphisms in the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma. This study aims to provide new insights into reliable biomarkers of osteosarcoma through the analysis of the functional single-nucleotide polymorphisms of tumor-related genes.
