Advances in Clinical Application of ctDNA in Tumor Detection, Screening, Prognosis and Treatment

  • 摘要: 循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)是血液中肿瘤衍生的片段化DNA,是一种具有特征性的肿瘤标志物。通过ctDNA的相关检测,可以检测到肿瘤在患者血液中的踪迹信息,同时可以提供患者体内肿瘤的全景数据。ctDNA作为一项非侵入性的检测方法在肿瘤的筛查、预后、治疗等各个方面都具有重要的意义。本文介绍了ctDNA的起源、检测技术、ctDNA在肿瘤检测与治疗中的潜在应用以及ctDNA检测技术面临的相关问题。

     

    Abstract: Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) is a tumor-derived fragmented DNA in blood and is a characteristic marker of tumor. Through the correlative detection of ctDNA, the trace information of the tumor in the blood of the patients can be detected, and the panoramic data of the tumor can be provided. As a non-invasive detection method, ctDNA plays an important role in the screening, prognosis and treatment of tumors. This article will describe the origin of ctDNA, the detection technology of ctDNA, the potential application of ctDNA in tumor detection and treatment, and the related problems faced by ctDNA detection technology.
