骨肉瘤中miR-17-92基因簇作用的研究进展

Research Progress in Effect of miR-17-92 Cluster in Osteosarcoma

  • 摘要: 骨肉瘤是一种原发于骨的常见恶性肿瘤,好发于儿童和青少年,长期以来5年生存率不到70%。目前,骨肉瘤的治疗已到达一个平台期,进一步的预后改善可能依赖于新的生物学疗法。miRNA在肿瘤中的作用日益被重视,其中miR-17-92基因簇作为致癌基因,在骨肉瘤中的作用也被广泛研究。本文综述miR-17-92基因簇在骨肉瘤中的功能和机制,以期为骨肉瘤带来新的治疗方案。

     

    Abstract: Osteosarcoma is a common malignant tumor originating from bone and mainly occurs in children and adolescents. The 5-year survival rate is less than 70%. Currently, the treatment of osteosarcoma has reached a plateau, and further improvement in prognosis may depend on new biological therapies. The role of miRNAs in tumors has been increasingly recognized, and the miR-17-92 gene cluster has been used as an oncogene in osteosarcoma. This article reviews the function and mechanism of miR-17-92 gene cluster in osteosarcoma, to bring a new scheme for the diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma.
