肺腺癌中HLA-G的表达及其与患者预后的关系

HLA-G Expression in Lung Adenocarcinoma Tissues and Its Relationship with Prognosis

    目的 探讨HLA-G在肺腺癌中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。
    方法 使用cBioPortal数据分析工具,分析HLA-G分子在肺癌中的表达;Kaplan-Meier Plotter数据库分析HLA-G分子在肺腺癌中的表达及与预后的关系;免疫组织化学法检测HLA-G蛋白分子在223例肺腺癌组织中的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。
    结果 HLA-G基因的改变主要表现为扩增和错义突变,其中,扩增突变主要在肺腺癌中。HLA-G分子的表达与肺腺癌的预后呈负相关,HLA-G高表达组患者总生存期明显短于低表达患者。
    结论 HLA-G分子在肺腺癌中高表达,在肺腺癌中是一种不良预后因素。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To investigate the expression of HLA-G and determine the prognostic value of HLA-G for lung adenocarcinoma.
    Methods The genomic alternation of HLA-G was analyzed using cBioPortal analytic tool. The expression of HLA-G was investigated immunohistochemically in 223 patients with lung adenocarcinoma. The correlation between HLA-G expression and clinicopathological features was analysed. The relationship between HLA-G expression and the survival rate of patients with lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier Plotter data.
    Results HLA-G was mainly amplified in lung adenocarcinoma. Patients with low expression of HLA-G had longer overall survival than those with high HLA-G expression.
    Conclusion HLA-G was found highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma, and may serve as a prognostic factor and potential therapeutic target for lung adenocarcinoma.
