荧光素钠引导高级别胶质瘤手术切除的研究进展

Progress in Fluorescence-guided Resection of High-grade Glioma Using Fluorescein Sodium

  • 摘要: 高级别胶质瘤呈浸润性生长,与正常脑组织边界不清,难以实现肿瘤全切。近来研究显示,通过静脉注射荧光素钠进行术中实时荧光显像对识别高级别胶质瘤的肿瘤边界具有较高的特异性和敏感度,在提高肿瘤全切率和改善患者无进展生存期方面具有广泛的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The invasive growth nature of the high-grade gliomas results in unclear margin between glioma and normal brain tissues, making it difficult to achieve total removal of the tumors. Recent studies have demonstrated that intraoperative real-time fluorescence imaging by intravenous injection of fluorescein sodium can facilitate the identification of tumor margin with relatively high specificity and sensitivity, holding promising prospects in improving the gross total resection rate and progression free survival.
