Molecular Classification of Common Solid Cancers

  • 摘要: 肿瘤的分子分型是实现肿瘤精准治疗的基础。乳腺癌、卵巢癌、肺癌、胃癌、胰腺癌和结直肠癌等肿瘤的分子分型已用于临床。这些肿瘤分子分型多通过全基因组测序将肿瘤分为几个亚型,从而为精准治疗提供适合的患者群体。本文对常见实体瘤的分子分型进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Cancer molecular classification is essential for cancer precision therapy. New molecular classifications of cancers,including breast,ovarian,lung,gastric,pancreatic and colorectal cancers,have been applied in clinical practice. Cancer molecular classification,which is based on comprehensive genomic evaluation,might facilitate the development of treatments tailored to specific subgroups and could enable the delivery of precision medicine to cancer patients. This paper reviews the advances in novel molecular classifications of common solid cancers.
