胃腺癌组织中LRIG1蛋白的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of LRIG1 Protein in Gastric Adenocarcinoma Tissues

    目的  探讨富亮氨酸重复序列免疫球蛋白样结构域1(LRIG1)在人体胃腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。
    方法  采用免疫组织化学EnVision二步法检测LRIG1蛋白在116例胃腺癌及其相应癌旁正常胃组织中的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理参数的关系。
    结果  LRIG1在胃腺癌组织中的阳性表达率(63.8%,74/116)低于癌旁正常胃组织(81.9%,95/116),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LRIG1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。
    结论  LRIG1在胃腺癌组织中的表达较相应癌旁正常胃组织低,而且随着肿瘤恶性程度的增加LRIG1蛋白的表达逐渐降低,可能作为抑癌基因参与了胃腺癌的发生、发展。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective  To investigate the expression of tandem leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains-1 (LRIG1) in human gastric adenocarcinoma tissues, and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters.
    Methods  The immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect the expression of LRIG1 protein in 116 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and adjacent normal gastric tissues. The relationship between LRIG1 expression and clinicopathological parameter was analyzed.
    Results  The positive rate of LRIG1 expression in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues (63.8%, 74/116) was significantly lower than that in the adjacent normal gastric tissues (81.9%, 95/116) , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . The expression of LRIG1 protein was closely related to tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM staging (P<0.05) , but not to age, gender or tumor size (P>0.05) .
    Conclusion  The expression of LRIG1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues is lower than that in the adjacent normal gastric tissues, and its expression is gradually decreased with the increased tumor malignant degree. LRIG1 may be involved in the tumorigenesis of gastric adenocarcinoma as a suppressor.
