纳米碳在肺癌治疗中的应用进展

Application Advances of Carbon Nanoparticles in Therapy for Lung Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 肺癌是全球癌性死亡的首要因素。肺癌手术中转移淋巴结清扫情况,对于患者的临床分期、预后判断有重要意义。纳米碳作为一种新型的淋巴示踪剂,淋巴示踪清晰、染色持续时间长,且能准确地示踪淋巴结;同时可用于肺癌的载药化疗及癌性胸腔积液的治疗,在肺癌的治疗中有广阔的应用前景。本文对纳米碳在肺癌治疗中的应用进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death globally. Clinical stages and prognosis of patients with lung carcinoma are closely related to the extent of lymphadenectomy. Carbon nanoparticle is a new lymph tracer with a clear lymphatic mapping and a long time for dying, which could accurately trace the lymph node, and assist in the targeted anticancer drug delivery and the treatment of cancerous pleural effusion. It may have wide applications in the therapy for lung carcinoma in the future. This article will review the application advances of carbon nanoparticle in the therapy for lung carcinoma.
