Abstract: Triple-negative breast cancer is highly invasive and has poor prognosis. Defining triple-negative breast cancer only based on immunohistochemistry is not comprehensive, it is necessary to classify triplenegative breast cancer from molecular stratification, which is useful for guiding the therapy clinically. This article is to sum up the existing clinical classification methods of triple-negative breast cancer, and review on related targeted therapy methods.
