Abstract: Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) is a kind of malignant tumor which belongs to the moderate degree. To select appropriate tumor markers and tumor-related genes is a significant guidance for diagnosing and choosing surgical treatment approach . In this article, we review and summarize the relevant literatures on specific markers and related genes of MTC, hoping to be helpful in clinical work.
