钙库操纵性钙内流在肿瘤转移过程中的作用

Effect of Store-operated Calcium Entry on Tumor Metastasis

  • 摘要: 转移是恶性肿瘤治疗困难的重要因素之一。肿瘤细胞中,钙库操纵性钙内流(SOCE)及其主要组成分子STIM1和Orai1参与包括细胞迁移、侵袭在内的多种生物学功能。本文重点对SOCE的分子构成、激活机制、及其在乳腺癌、宫颈癌和肝癌转移过程中作用的研究进行综述,并对其机制进行初步分析。

     

    Abstract: Currently, metastasis is one of the main obstacles for malignancy therapy. Store-operated calcium entry(SOCE) and its main constituent molecules STIM1 and Orai1 are involved in a variety of biological functions, including cell migration and invasion. We reviewed the molecular composition and activation mechanism of SOCE as well as its effects and related mechanism on the metastasis of breast, cervical and liver cancer.
